1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of Adviser Home ("the Website") is subject to these Terms and Conditions.  You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

Adviser and Provider registration and the posting of events are at the discretion of Adviser Home Ltd.

2 ADVICE

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

3 CHANGES TO WEBSITE

Adviser Home Ltd reserves the right to:

Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Adviser Home Ltd shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and

Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

4 LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES and WEBSITES

The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites, nor the products and services therein.

Adviser Home Ltd has partnered with some leading service providers to the Financial Services Community and although we take extreme care in choosing our partners we cannot accept any liability for services that you enter in to once you leave the controlled area of the Adviser Home Website. The term ‘partner’ should not be taken as implying any shared liability in terms of legally constructed partnerships.

5 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

On some occasions we will take payment on the Adviser Home Website for services. When this occurs you will be provided with Terms and Conditions of that service (including the cancellation and refund policy) applicable to that service before payment is taken.

For on line and offline seminars / courses:

i) Providing that you give written or emailed notice within the times scales stipulated before the course date you will receive a full refund for your course booking; otherwise we cannot refund the booking.

ii) All course dates on the website are subject to change and we have a right to remove or change these dates without any notice.

iii) If a seminar or webinar is cancelled due to reasons outside our control, you will receive a full refund of the price paid or an exchange credit at your discretion.

iv) Where prices are listed on the Adviser Home website it will be made clear if VAT is applicable or not.

v) We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

6 USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Where registration is required then to complete the registration process you will be asked for certain information and you may be provided with a username and password for use with the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and also for all activities that take place under your account. You agree to immediately notify Adviser Home Ltd of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will Adviser Home Ltd be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.

7 COMMUNICATION

The Website may provide communication tools such as email, bulletin boards, chat areas, news groups, forums and/or other message or communication facilities ("the Services") designed to enable you to communicate with others.

7.7 Collect or store personal information about others, including email addresses.

7.8 Advertise or offer to buy or sell goods or services for any commercial purpose, unless such communication facility specifically allows such messages.

7.9 Impersonate any person or entity for the purpose of misleading others.

7.10 Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7.11 Use the Website/Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website/Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website/Services.

Adviser Home Ltd may also at any time, at its sole discretion, discontinue the Website/Services or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that Adviser Home Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Website/Services.

10 DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11 INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Adviser Home Ltd and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Adviser Home Ltd arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

12 SEVERANCE

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

13 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
