Mixing politics and investing with a 'Make America Great Again' etf

Do politics and investing mix? Well the ‘Make America Great Again’ ETF is due to launch in the US and will test the proposition. The Point Bridge GOP Stock Tracker ETF will have the ticker 'MAGA' which as we all know stands for Make America Great Again.  It will invest in in companies which have employees or activities which are highly linked to Republican candidates for election to senior positions. Are the President, his MAGA slogan and the Republican party all in the same party? Well that would be one of the gentler questions.

Blazing attack on trail

Advisers argue first these are historical business practices and questions are asked first about providers who look to be potentially pocketing the trail and networks, who it is suggested, are still taking the trail from retired adviser definitely without the appropriate service being offered. IFAs look substantially cheaper than their restricted peers

IFAs look much cheaper than their restricted equivalents according to the FCA which has released some more numbers from its suitability review. Independent advice with an average upfront fee of 2.81% looks much cheaper than restricted advisers’ 3.57%.
